These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and oxplay ("oxplay", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at oxplay.vu. oxplay is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. It is illegal for persons under 21 to access or use the oxplay gaming platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

• All deposit transactions are subject to standard security checks.

If a deposit fails to arrive in your account within the expected timeframe, contact oxplay support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to re-deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed once your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid only to payment accounts registered in your own name. oxplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and internal review processes. oxplay endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed. Philippine bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

• oxplay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso.

All games available on oxplay — including slots, live casino tables, card games, eBingo, and sports betting — operate according to the rules displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

RNG-based games (slots, digital card games, digital roulette) use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in real time under controlled studio conditions.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:

oxplay reserves the right to void bets and/or suspend accounts where a breach of fair play rules is suspected or confirmed.

From time to time, oxplay may make promotional offers available to registered players. Any bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. These may include wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General access to the oxplay platform and your gaming balance is not affected by whether you choose to claim a bonus. Bonuses are optional. If you have questions about the terms of any specific offer, contact oxplay support before claiming.

• Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of that offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple account holders are not eligible for bonuses.

oxplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity indicates fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive behaviour.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Multiple accounts have been detected under your personal details.
• You are found to be under the minimum age of 21.
• Your account is subject to a legal order, regulatory requirement, or security concern.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to gaming and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. oxplay will communicate with the affected player through their registered contact details. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure (minus any applicable unmet bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
